Event Description:
This session aims to deepen understanding of neurodiversity and intersecting identities, address stigma and challenges associated with neurodivergence, and explore effective coping strategies and support mechanisms. Attendees will gain valuable insights and actionable steps to support neurodivergent individuals in their communities and workplaces.
Our moderator for the event will be Stephanie Robertson, J.D., Assistant Dean, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

*HIGHLIGHT BOTH COMMONALITIES AND DIFFERENCES BETWEEN NEURODIVERGENT AND NON-NEURODIVERGENT INDIVIDUALS THROUGH SHARED EXPERIENCES.
*GENERATE ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS AND RESOURCES TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS AND ONGOING ENGAGEMENT.
*CONSIDER THE IMPACT OF POWER AND PRIVILEGE WITH AN EMPHASIS ON INTERSECTIONAL IDENTITIES, CENTERING THE COMPLEXITY OF BEING HUMAN.
